Ingredients

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups finely grated zucchini

1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan.

2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In another bowl, stir oil, sugars, and vanilla.

4. Add zucchini; stir until glossy.

5. Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in chocolate chips.

6. Spread batter in pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.

7. Cool completely before cutting.

Notes
