Ingredients
4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine watermelon and pineapple cubes.
2. Add chopped mint leaves.
3. Drizzle with lime juice and honey, if using.
4. Gently toss until coated.
