A creamy, dessert-inspired iced coffee that blends espresso, mascarpone, vanilla, and cocoa – perfect for warm days and indulgent moments.
Ingredients
2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
½ cup milk (any kind)
2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
1–2 tsp sugar or sweetener
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
Ice cubes
Cocoa powder for dusting
Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
1. Brew espresso or strong coffee and let cool.
2. Whisk mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, and a splash of milk until smooth.
3. Fill a glass with ice and pour in coffee and milk.
4. Add optional coffee liqueur and stir.
5. Spoon the mascarpone mixture on top and swirl.
6. Dust with cocoa powder and add whipped cream.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use plant-based milk and dairy-free cream cheese.
Skip the liqueur for a kid-friendly or alcohol-free option.
