Ingredients

3 medium bananas

2 tbsp natural peanut butter (unsweetened)

2 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

1 tbsp chopped peanuts (optional)

Stevia or monk fruit sweetener (optional)


Instructions

1. Peel and slice bananas, then freeze for about 30 minutes.

2. Spread peanut butter on frozen banana slices; optionally sprinkle chopped peanuts.

3. Melt dark chocolate, then dip each banana piece and return to freezer until set.

Notes

Use ripe but firm bananas for best texture.
