Description

Bursting with fresh fruit flavor and paired with crunchy, sweet cinnamon chips, this fruit salsa is the ultimate summer snack or party appetizer.


Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, diced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced

1 cup mango, diced

1 cup pineapple, diced

½ cup blueberries

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tsp lime zest (optional)

6 large flour tortillas

2 tbsp butter, melted

3 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, and blueberries.

2. Drizzle honey (or maple syrup) and lime juice over the fruit. Add lime zest if desired.

3. Toss everything gently. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.

4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

5. Brush tortillas with melted butter on both sides.

6. Mix cinnamon and sugar, sprinkle over tortillas.

7. Cut tortillas into triangles and bake on a sheet for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.

8. Cool chips before serving with fruit salsa.

Notes

Try adding chopped apples, grapes, or mint.

Store salsa in fridge for up to 2 days.

Use graham crackers or vanilla wafers as a chip alternative.
