Description
A delicious no-bake frozen dessert that combines all the flavors of classic s’mores in an easy, refreshing sandwich perfect for summer.
Ingredients
Graham crackers
Marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme
Chocolate spread or Nutella
Vanilla ice cream
Optional: crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles
Instructions
1. Lay graham crackers flat on a tray.
2. Spread marshmallow fluff on half the crackers and chocolate spread on the other half.
3. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the marshmallow fluff side.
4. Press the chocolate spread cracker on top to form a sandwich.
5. Freeze the sandwiches for 1-2 hours until firm.
6. Optionally, roll the edges in crushed graham crackers or chocolate chips before serving.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Use slightly softened ice cream for easier assembly.
Freeze on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Try different ice cream flavors for variety.
Add a splash of bourbon or coffee liqueur for an adult twist.
