Description
This Frozen Brownie Ice Cream Cake blends rich brownies with creamy vanilla ice cream and fudge for the ultimate summer treat.
Ingredients
1 batch brownie batter, baked and cooled
1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
Whipped cream, for topping
Sprinkles or candy pieces (optional)
Instructions
1. Bake the brownie layer in a springform pan and let it cool completely.
2. Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the brownie evenly.
3. Freeze the entire cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Before serving, drizzle with hot fudge sauce.
5. Top with whipped cream and optional sprinkles or candies.
6. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
You can make this up to 3 days ahead.
Try it with mint chocolate chip or caramel swirl for fun variations.
