Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Add dressing ingredients to the bottom of the jar.

2. Add onions and tomatoes next, then cucumbers and dill.

3. Seal the jar and refrigerate up to 3 days.

4. Shake before serving.
