Description
Cucumber Mint Lemonade Pitcher is a refreshing summer drink made with cucumber, mint, lemon, and a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients
1 large cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
3/4 cup simple syrup (or adjust to taste)
4 cups cold water (still or sparkling)
Ice cubes, for serving
Lemon slices and mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
1. Slice cucumber and blend with mint leaves and 1 cup water until smooth.
2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
3. In a large pitcher, combine the cucumber-mint juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
4. Add remaining cold water and stir well.
5. Chill the lemonade for at least 1–2 hours in the fridge to let the flavors infuse.
6. Serve over ice, garnished with cucumber slices, mint sprigs, and lemon wheels.
Notes
Use sparkling water instead of still for a fizzy version.
Adjust the amount of sweetener based on your taste preference.
Make ahead and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Add ginger, lime, or muddled berries for extra flavor twists.
