4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

3 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil, for frying

1/4 cup honey

12 teaspoons hot sauce

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish

Lemon wedges (optional)


Instructions

1. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.

2. Set up three bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixture with Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika.

3. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then panko mixture.

4. Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked.

5. Warm honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan until combined.
