Description

A creamy, silky Italian dessert infused with rich coffee flavor, perfect for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons gelatin powder

1/4 cup cold water

1/2 cup strong brewed espresso

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

2. In a saucepan, combine cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves, do not boil.

3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.

4. Add the brewed espresso and vanilla extract. Mix well.

5. Pour mixture into serving glasses or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

6. Serve chilled, optionally garnish with whipped cream or coffee beans.

Notes

Make sure the gelatin is fully dissolved to avoid lumps.

You can substitute espresso with strong brewed coffee if preferred.

Serve with whipped cream or chocolate shavings for extra indulgence.
