Description
This Chicken Caesar Flatbread is a quick, healthy twist on the classic Caesar salad—served over crispy flatbread with grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan.
Ingredients
2 large flatbreads or naan
1 ½ cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
⅓ cup Caesar dressing
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Croutons (optional)
Black pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for brushing
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly brush flatbreads with olive oil. Bake for 5–7 minutes.
2. Toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and half the Parmesan. Add tomatoes and red onions if desired.
3. Top flatbreads with the salad mix, followed by chicken, remaining Parmesan, and optional croutons.
4. Sprinkle with black pepper and slice. Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Make it vegetarian by using grilled tofu or chickpeas.
