Description
Quick and delicious Cheesy Garlic Butter Steak Bites packed with rich garlic flavor and melted cheese. Perfect for a fast weeknight dinner or appetizer.
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Pat the steak dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear steak cubes for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
4. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
5. Add butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning to skillet; cook until fragrant.
6. Return steak to skillet and coat with garlic butter.
7. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover and melt cheese for 1-2 minutes.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Use ribeye or sirloin for best results.
Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure a good sear.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheat gently to avoid overcooking.
