Description
A no-bake summer dessert featuring fresh strawberries filled with sweet and tangy cheesecake filling, topped with graham cracker crumbs.
Ingredients
1 lb fresh strawberries
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
Optional: lemon zest, chocolate drizzle, mint leaves
Instructions
1. Wash and dry strawberries. Slice each in half and scoop out a cavity.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Pipe the filling into each strawberry half.
4. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
5. Chill for 15–30 minutes and serve.
Notes
Use whipped cream cheese for a lighter filling.
Add citrus zest for brightness.
Top with mint or chocolate for presentation.
