Description
Juicy BBQ Meatloaf Sliders are bite-sized sandwiches made with flavorful mini meatloaves, topped with BBQ glaze and melty cheese. Perfect for parties, game days, or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef (85% lean)
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup milk
½ cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
6 slices cheddar or American cheese, halved
Pickles, optional
Extra BBQ sauce for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
3. Shape the mixture into 12 small patties, slightly larger than the slider buns.
4. Place patties on the baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes until cooked through.
5. Mix BBQ sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar. Brush the glaze over the cooked patties and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
6. Slice slider buns. Assemble each with a patty, cheese, pickles if using, and extra BBQ sauce.
7. Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner version.
Sliders can be made ahead—store patties in the fridge and reheat before assembling.
Customize the BBQ glaze by adding spice or honey.
